It's not as if I'm stufffing my face with pies either - I skipped dinner last night. Despite a bad cough I'm starting to feel slightly better today though, so maybe the end is in sight. This is the longest I've gone without doing any serious exercise for probably 4 years (I got achilles tendonitis at the end the 2005 season and packed away my bike for more than a month). A new freewheel for Jules' town bike. I've got a few re-build projects on the go for the autumn! The trike'll be getting a 2-wheel drive conversion from Geoff Booker at some point too. Yes, he was brilliant. Started off with a bit of improv, and a lively heckly audience got the momentum going. Some songs, and some really funny stories. Got my Dolan FXE on the way so I'll soon be a "real" commuter. Love riding fixed but the bike I used to use has been confined to the bike graveyard. When it's put together I'll get some photos done in your fixed bike style but using the historic backdrops of Carterton!! Top effort last weekend btw.
