Cycle 49km + run 9½km

AM. Cycle 49km, easy ride with Jules, HR 108(141)

Went out for an easy ride with Jules, around the Clare Hill circuit and across Gt Haseley. We suffered a bit of drizzle and some strong winds, but it wasn’t too bad a day.

PM. Run 9½km/40, brisk HR 141(154)

We went for a wander down the Cowley road to Beeline bikes, picked up some bar tape and energy bars, and then popped into George & Delilah for sundaes and cokes before heading home. After a snooze I went out for a brisk run and then we popped over to a friend’s house for barbeque lamb-burgers. Very nice way to finish off the day.
