Early start for a swim, it went pretty well and there was plenty of water in the pool

Just a steady ride this evening. Maybe I should’ve done some intervals or somesuch (although I have a 10-mile TT tomorrow), but I didn’t have the energy for more than an easy/steady ride. Keeping the miles going though.
