Run 7½km

PM. Run 7½km/34, steady easy, HR135(147)
Still fairly tired, but I went out for an easy jog after work. For the first 5 minutes my legs felt very odd, and then it started to go OK. Got rained on, but it wasn’t cold so I didn’t care too much.
