Lunchtime. Swim 2000m, steady
Feeling very stiff and tired today. My back’s very sore and needed some easing up, so I popped into the pool for a lunchtime dip. Getting on my bike to ride to the pool I was reminded that on a trike, you hit every pothole three times and the resultant jarring really gets to you, ugh. Ankles and feet also pretty sore, but otherwise not too bad, I seem to have coped OK with yesterday’s effort.
