Slightly more energy today, maybe down to the chips and battered sausage I had on the way back from the pub last night (http://www.qype.co.uk/place/302386-Simons-Fish-Chips-Oxford), delicious! One of the best chippys in Oxford.
Nipped out forĀ jog at lunchtime, set my HRM to beeb at me over 146, so I wouldn’t do too much damage to my poor legs and lungs. I was a bit coughy later on, so didn’t do a second session and worked late, got some backlog off my desk. Finally looks like I’m on the mend.
